Paintings

This is "Absinthe". It started (like many of my paintings) as a fingerpainting. I loved the green and gold and was really just goofing off with the colors. It wasn't until quite a few weeks later that I realized that there is a figure in this one: an arching sprite in a swirling of bliss. (Not for sale)

"Angel's View". More finger painting. I was going for something entirely different and once finished, decided that this image looked a lot like when you are looking out of an airplane window. $70

"Apollo's Frock" named after the Tori Amos song. I was on a marathon painting day and was able to turn out at least one painting per song (all Tori). This was one of them. $80

"Kandinsky's Zoo", because it reminded me in parts of his work, though I detect a bit of Bacon as well.$40
